Louise Riby

With over 15 years experience in the NHS Louise has seen the increasing need for placements that meet the needs of Children and Young people, Louise needed to act on this. Louise is a qualified Children’s Nurse and ended her career in the NHS as the Head Nurse for Family and Specialist Services with a background in Children’s Intensive Care, acute medical care and multi-specialism management.

Louise has a passion to maintain high quality services that listen to staff, children and families. The wellbeing of children is paramount to Louise and she constantly seeks ways to improve this further. Louise is an innovative thinker who advocates passionately for her staff and children ensuring children meet their potential in a safe and loving way.

Louise appreciates how difficult it can be to access services such as Church View but wishes to reassure you that your child is safe here, they will be nurtured, they will belong, they will be respected no matter the difference, they will be advocated for, they will be supported to meet their potential and they will be supported to grow in their own time.
