Our Location and Environment

Our children’s disability home is set within the peaceful village of Hoyland, Barnsley, just five minutes from Junction 36 of the M1, offering both accessibility and a calm, settled environment. Surrounded by picturesque countryside while remaining close to the heart of the community, children benefit from easy access to local amenities including shops, cafés, hairdressers, a leisure centre, and a swimming pool.

Church View Children’s Place is uniquely positioned behind St Peter’s Church, with beautiful views of its historic spire and clock face, creating a sense of stability, heritage, and belonging within the local area.
